Welcome to JJ Smart Co. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit jjsmartco.com or buy from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

1. Who can order

We ship only to addresses in the mainland United States — the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or international destinations. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Our products

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and some photos show the product in use or styled for illustration. Sizes and measurements are approximate. If something you receive is not as described, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

3. Prices and launch sale

All prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping within the mainland US. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.
Crossed-out prices show our regular price. Launch prices are available until 30 November 2026; after that, items return to their regular price.
Bundle prices apply only when all items in the bundle are bought together.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your full card details.
We may cancel an order and give a full refund if an item becomes unavailable, if there is a clear pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, and most orders arrive within about 4–8 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages. Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us, it is your responsibility; please double-check your address at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returns need written approval before you ship anything back, and items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund including shipping.

7. Using our products safely

Please follow the instructions and care guidance for each product.
The wood massage tools are for general relaxation only. They are not medical devices and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They will not change your body shape, remove cellulite or tighten loose skin. Use gentle pressure and avoid broken skin, bruises or varicose veins. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.
Do not use the ultrasonic cleaner on pearls, opals, emeralds, amber, antique pieces or items with loose stones or damaged coatings. Ultrasonic cleaning removes dirt and oil; it does not remove tarnish from silver and does not polish out scratches.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are sold as described on our site. Except where the law says otherwise, we do not give any extra warranty beyond that. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to JJ Smart Co or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any purchase made through this store, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of your own US state.
